Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order processing includes:

  • confirmation of the order
  • product preparation
  • handover to the courier service

Shipping Rates and Free Delivery

Orders over 800 CZK - free shipping

Orders under 800 CZK - standard shipping fee applies based on the selected delivery method at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment on delivery is available. A cash on delivery fee of 39 CZK applies per order. This fee covers the handling of cash payment by the courier service and is charged in addition to any applicable shipping fee.

Shipping Area

We deliver only within the Czech Republic.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after handover to the courier: 2-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier's operational processes.

Courier Services

Delivery is carried out via:

  • Zásilkovna (including Z-BOX and pickup points)
  • Partner courier services (Kurýr)

After handover, the courier sends delivery notifications directly via SMS or email.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours after placement. Once handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.

Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is not collected or returned due to incorrect contact details:

  • original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • return-related costs may be charged to the customer
