Refund policy
Returns (30 Days)
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be in the same condition as received
- show no signs of use
- be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lifeeasehaven.com.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Product Replacement
- Contact us at support@lifeeasehaven.com and describe the issue.
- If the replacement is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- The original item must be returned and received by us.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
Replacement shipments are processed only after the returned item has been received.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- personal care products once opened
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- gift cards
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days - European Union)
In accordance with EU consumer law and Czech Act No. 634/1992 Coll., you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at support@lifeeasehaven.com before the 14-day period expires.
The item must be returned without signs of excessive use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Return shipping costs in case of withdrawal are borne by the customer. The customer is informed of this obligation prior to purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If 14 days have passed since the refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@lifeeasehaven.com.
